BeYOUtifully Rooted is a community where women of all ages and stages come to strengthen their faith, renew their minds, and nurture healthy relationships grounded in God’s Word. Led by Kat Elias, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), this ministry combines biblical teaching with clinical insight to encourage spiritual growth, healthy thinking, and resilient living. Meet Kat Elias, LCSW
Kat Elias is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and passionate follower of Christ who brings professional expertise and a heart for ministry to BeYOUtifully Rooted. With years of clinical experience and commitment to Scripture, Kat helps women grow in faith, maintain wellness, and build healthy thinking and relationships. Her approach honors Scripture and everyday life, fostering encouragement, growth, healing, resilience, and living in Christ’s strength.
Our Story
BeYOUtifully Rooted began quite humbly—in Kat Elias’ backyard, after meeting women navigating difficult relationships who weren’t comfortable going to church but were open to conversation. Kat and Ashley Sandoval coordinated an event called “BeYOUtifully Rooted,” a name that eventually became the ministry’s identity. Ashley is a beloved team member who now assists with administration.
Women from their 20s to their 70s gathered, and we saw God show up and work in powerful ways. Long before this event, Kat wrestled with misconceptions about what it meant to be a godly woman and lacked a firm foundation in Scripture and a biblical worldview. But diving deeply into God’s Word transformed her life. With her husband Manny Elias, a former missionary and deeply studied disciple of the Lord, by her side, Kat grew in faith and understanding.
Inspired by Jeremiah 17:7-8—“Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord... They are like a tree planted by the water…”—this ministry invites women to grow strong in faith, develop healthy thinking, and live well in the grace and truth of Jesus. What started as a backyard gathering has blossomed into a vibrant community rooted in God’s sustaining love.
